2.  Products & Sales

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice — though we’ll always aim for accuracy.

  • Colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes (we keep it real, but perfection is an illusion).

  • Once an order is placed and paid for, it is final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless covered by a separate signed agreement.

3.  Refunds & Payments

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only offered if explicitly stated in a separate written contract signed by JIGGY.

  • Payment is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers are responsible for any bank or transaction fees unless otherwise stated.

 

4.  Events

  • Entry to JIGGY events or membership spaces may be restricted to individuals over 18 (ID may be required).

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by JIGGY.

  • JIGGY reserves the right to refuse entry or membership if behavior goes against our values (hate, harassment, or just bad vibes = no entry).

  • All designs, artwork, product concepts, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of JIGGY.

  • No reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission.

 

6.  Liability Disclaimer

  • JIGGY is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use of our products, events, or spaces. Use everything responsibly and at your own risk.
